Founder and CEO, Jill Girdner, was called to help people unlock their true identity and purpose. Unique to each individual, it's a powerful thing to discover. Out of this passion to see changed lives and purpose fulfilled, Becoming Resources was born.
Becoming Resources has over a decade of real church experience in first impressions, guest experience, retention, kids, student, and adult ministries, creative arts, live production, worship, outreach, administration, and more. Working with congregations of 700 - 12,000+, we are ready and equipped to serve you. A little about the founder.
Jill lives with her husband of 12 years, Aaron and daughter Evelyn in Springfield, Missouri. She loves Jesus, family, and fitness. Long walks to places that could easily be driven to by car with her people are high on her list of fun (walking distance is 3 miles one way). New challenges, mysteries, and opportunities are what excites and wakes her up to use her gifts for God.
